SOPHOS | Change Owner

Change Registrant

1. Log in to Sophos ID ( https://id.sophos.com)

2. My Account(MY SOPHOS) > Network Protection > Change Registrant > Change Registrant

3. Select the Device you would like to change from the dropdown

4. Enter the recipient email address

5. Confirm Change > tick the box for „I understand the effects of changing the registrant and have authority to do so.“

6. Change Registrant

NOTE: Emails are sent to both the current registrant and the recipient.

7. The recipient needs to login to his/her Sophos ID ( https://id.sophos.com)

8. My Account > Network Protection > Change Registrant > Accept Registrant Change

9. Actions > Recipient can choose to reject or accept the request
